The Queen of All That Dies (Thalassa)

Author has no concept of how politics work. The world she created is so unrealistic. Just one crazy thing happened after another which was super annoying. 

Serenity kept saying she is dark soul but I just didn't see that. When she meets the King, she just acts so childish and its like she was never even trained to be an emissionary when she previously said her father taught her a great deal of skills. Never saw those skills.

So many parts had my eyes rolling because of the childish ways the characters acted and the way events played out.

But I can't complain. The author kept me captivated into the story so I finished it. No good though. It's so bad that it's enjoyable making fun if it.
